Course Description
The
Jeremy Golf and Country Club’s par-72, 7138-yard layout offers
players of all abilities an uncommonly beautiful and challenging round
of golf.
The course, designed by Arnold Palmer, played host to Utah’s PGA
Senior Tour event for several years and is considered a shot-maker’s
course, requiring players to use almost every club in the bag.
Hole number 4 is one of Jeremy’s most intriguing. Lee Trevino
is said to have called it his course favorite. Players hit from a hugely
elevated tee box – some 100 feet in the air – down to a
circular green surrounded on two sides by sage-covered hills.
Jeremy is an equity club, and membership fees vary according to market
prices. As of this writing, memberships are available for under $13,000.
In addition to the Palmer-designed course, Jeremy Golf & Country
Club features a complete and well-maintained practice facility, as well
as a recently renovated clubhouse with full-service restaurant.
Golf Properties
The Jeremy golf course winds its way through the Jeremy Ranch subdivision,
a community made up of well-priced, single-family homes. The Back Nine
neighborhood features many of Jeremy’s newest and largest homes. Homes are
priced from the high $400,000s to $1.5 million.
A new addition to Jeremy neighborhoods is a luxury town home project called
Canyon Links. The 89 units range in size from 1,791 to 2,354 swuare fet.
Each features either three or four bedrooms, plus state-of-the-art appliances
and fixtures. Every homeowner receives a social membership at The Jeremy Golf
and Country Club. Prices range from the high $300,000s to the mid $500,000s.
