Fred Vallejo
Fred moved to Park City from the Washington, DC area 11 years ago. He has
22 years of award-winning marketing and sales experience, and is today specializing
in Park City/Deer Valley golf property and high-end residential.
Fred is a strong believer in giving back to the community. He serves as
president of the Board of Trustees of Conserving Our Open Lands (COOL),
a Summit County land trust. Plus, he is a founding member of the Board of
Trustees of the Youth Winter Sports Alliance, providing kids the opportunity
to experience all types of winter sports and make good use of the area's
numerous Olympic venues. Fred also has served on the Park City Tennis Committee,
as well as the Utah's U.S. Ski and Snowball Committee, and he is a past
president of the Park City Masters ski team.
Fred's wife Alison is employed as the counselor at Trailside Elementary
School in Park City. His children (Margaret, 13 and Matthew, 11) are enrolled
in the International Baccalaureate program at Treasure Mountain Middle School.
Fred is an avid golfer, skier, tennis player and biker.

Brad Esty
Brad graduated from Springfield College and received his MBA degree from the University of Massachusetts. He moved to Park City from Westport, Connecticutt in 2000 after many years of enjoying Park City as a visitor.
Prior to his real estate career, Brad served as the President and founder of several major marketing companies. After selling his marketing company he founded M & E Partners, currently active in Park City area real estate development. He is also an active member of the Park City Chamber Bureau.
Brad, his wife Julie and their two sons enjoy golfing, skiing, fly fishing, camping and scuba diving.
Brad is active in all areas of Park City real estate, with a particular focus on new construction and golf course properties.
